Uranium explorer and miner Toro Energy has announced the appointment of Vanessa Guthrie as the company’s new Managing Director, replacing Greg Hall who has stepped down from the position, but will remain on the company’s Board as a non-executive director.

Dr Guthrie, the former Woodside Energy Vice President for Sustainable Development, has held a number of senior positions in energy and resources companies.

Dr Guthrie’s contract is in the process of being finalised, and once finished the company will publish further information.
