The Opportunity

Are you a catalyst for change, driven by the pursuit of operational excellence? Arnotts Group is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to lead our journey towards unparalleled efficiency and continuous improvement.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cultivate a culture of excellence across the organization. Your primary mission? To establish and implement the Arnotts Group Operational Excellence Framework, a comprehensive strategy designed to turbocharge performance, unlock value, and cultivate best practices at every turn.

The Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Operational Excellence strategies to enhance and sustain performance across the Supply Chain network
  • Facilitate and provide coaching to the operational teams on deployment of continuous improvement practices to analyse current state, identify opportunities and build the foundations for future state.
  • Develop and implement best practice metrics, dashboards, and systems for tracking and reporting on performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of focused improvements that align to strategic priorities
  • Develop strategies to sustain change and embed a continuous improvement mind-set

The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • 10 + year’s experience in operational leadership roles, preferably FMCG
  • Proven track record in leading and implementing Continuous Improvement programs across complex and multi-site operations
  • Experience and proven delivery of Lean, Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies
  • Exceptional communicator, with ability to influence across a variety of stakeholders
